Rabidfest is due to descend on Oxford with 'phase 1' due on September 20th as well as the Fright Before Rabidfest on Halloween!

The now highly regarded Rabidfest is due to descend on Oxford in October with a warm-up taking place at the Jericho Tavern on September 20th under the title of Sheri’s Birthday Black Mass with Tribe of Ghosts headlining. Tickets are available from the Rabidfest website.

ToG will be supported on the night by The Blade itself, Grove Warden and Kulan Gath with the event raising funds for the Sophie Lancaster Foundation.

While the Rabidfest main event is due to take place on November 1st-2nd, you lucky people have another chance at sampling the event with the Fright Before Rabidfest on Halloween, that’s October 31st if you din’t know it. This is also at the Jericho Tavern and features Confessions of a Traitor with support from Ocean Planet, Imperial Avenue and Along the Pines.

Rabidfest itself takes over the Bullingdon in Oxford on November 1st and 2nd with headliners Raging Speedhorn (November 1st) and Red Method (November 2nd) topping the bill.

Raging Speedhorn have some good company with bands including Kill II This and Komatsu also appearing on the first day. Day 2 sees Red Method having Seething Akira and Redeemon amongst the players.
