Devonian rockers Muse have announced four UK stadium shows for May/June 2023.

The band, who met at Teignmouth Community College, all played for separate bands before getting together, first as Gothic Plague before becoming Rocket Baby Dolls. They chenged their name again, to Muse, after winning a local Battle of the Bands and since then have never really looked back.

Their first hit single, Plug in Baby, from the album Origin of Symmetry with its fantastical video, was released in 2001 and this followed by Time is Running Out and Supermassive Black Hole from subsequent albums.

The band have just announced a 4-venue stadium tour taking in Home Park in Plymouth, John Smith’s Stadium in Huddersfield, Bellahouston Park in Glasgow and The National Bowl in Milton Keynes.

The three dates in England will have Royal Blood as support.

Ahead of this, the band are due to release their new album, Will of the People, next week.

Will of the People, due out August 26th 2022
