With just a few weeks to go, the countdown for El Dorado is well and truly underway. Returning to its beloved home nestled in the enchanting countryside of Herefordshire’s Eastnor Castle Deer Park between 6th-9th July, El Dorado Festival is back on a grander, more glorious scale than ever before. Now, they announce the full line-up with over 300+ names set to have everyone dancing! The billing is set to offer an eclectic array of some favourites from electronic and afar such as Vengaboys, ABSOLUTE, Shanti Celeste, Mall Grab, KC & The Sunshine Band, Folamour, Dan Shake, HAAi, Job Jobse, Anish Kumar, Barry Can’t Swim, Laurence Guy, Prospa (Live), OK Williams, Goldie, Shy FX, Conducta, YU QT, Mr Scruff, Effy, Sally C and Maverick Sabre.
Also newly joining the party are Acid Faith, The Boogie Bros, Dan Crosby, DJ Die, Eva Lazarus (LIVE), Falco, Goddard, Hollie Profit, P-DUBZ, Pangea Disco, PROSPA (LIVE), Randall, SALUTE and Tommy Tickle to name a few.
Soundtracking the weekend across a vast 20+ different stages, the lineup offers a buffet of different genres from House, Techno, Disco, DnB, Garage, Jungle, Breaks, RnB, Hip-Hop and more. Promising a music journey that not only accommodates for the underground dance music veterans but also those who are after a sing a long or with more niche tastes, everyone’s best dance moves are at heart.
For the bass hunters and gun fingered ravers; Mount Boom will see names from old skool legends such as Goldie who needs no introduction. Randall will make an appearance, bringing it back with tunes guaranteed to trigger some bass faces. There’ll also be upcoming names such as Kikelomo, known for her comprehensive performances in institutes such as Berghain serving the hottest UK Bass and Jungle.
The Nest this year will be the hub of all things fresh! Offering a carousel of sub genres in electronic music from names such as Laurence Guy, providing nothing but feel good groovy house. Then to Smokey Bubblin’ B’s brigade of bone rattling breaks and jungle or for the two steppers Millie Cotton’s set will get your body pumping with electrifying beats mixed into some of your favourite dance classics. And this is just a fragment of the heavy-hitting line-up that will consist of over 300+ artists across the weekend, no stone is left unturned.
Brand spanking new for 2023, El Dorado will be offering a little more for those in need of some extra TLC in between the dancing, music and mayhem. Located right at the heart of the festival next to Treasure Island lake, the festival will open its first wild festival. A truly divine oasis offering wood fired hot tubs which you can soak up the luxury with a nice glass of bubbly. Or for a more purifying treatment why not step inside the steamy sauna, a perfect reset for the mind, body and soul!
This year the festival will also feature a barrel of laughs with some of the UK’s best names in comedy! With stand up acts from names like Joe Wells, Tatty Macleod, Tik Tok superstar Henry Rowley, Michael Frankland and many more. And for those who are looking to sing away their worries the site will be hosting not one but two Karaoke areas; the die hard disney fans can sing along to all the classics or for the dancing queens Abbaoke will also be on the cards. Other activities include yoga, massages, circus workshops and disco dodgeball. As well as all the usual amenities, EL DORADO provides camping guests access to showers at no extra cost.
